Personalization Conditions:

• All customized orders are final and will not qualify for refunds unless the personalization is not as per customer's instructions. 
• For fast and quick order fulfillment we cannot cancel any orders after 1 hour of the order placed.
• The Lotus Craft will not be held responsible for any copyright materials. We only personalize the products based on the design/Logos or Texts that are provided by the customers and we have no interest in the use of these products. 

Social Media:

• We do not upload or share any picture of the personalization material provided by our customer. 
• We will share the pictures provided by our customers on the reviews and the reviews on to our social media pages. 
• Any pictures or logo products if we wish to share on the social media we shall do that with the prior consent from the customer.
