Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number priority. In the event a customer is not pleased with their purchase, items can be returned for a full refund provided the following rules are taken into consideration:

  • We should be contacted with the 3 days after the delivery date. Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.
  • We do not do spell check on any personalization, we simply copy and paste the personalization that was provided by customer, in case if customer provides a spelling mistake and we notice any obvious mistakes we will try to reach the customer for clarification, if the customer does not respond within 48 hours we would process the order with the information that was already provided. In this case when the product is shipped no changes or refunds will be provided upon late response. 
  • Refund can not be given for engraved or any personalized items unless personalization is not done according to customer's instructions.
  • We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.
  • If incorrect items are returned (products that do not match items on the order), your order will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
